This development by The Offer Group (who have owned neighbouring Riverside House since 1997) received planning permission in May 2007. Previous use of the moorings for up to eight houseboats was suspended during the Kingston Bridge widening programme. The piles against which the three 2-bed houseboats are moored were installed in 2000.
